As a freelance Development Executive, I work with production companies at every step of the process, from early idea through to production.
At the earliest stage, I support IP sourcing and idea generation. From there, I help shape projects, develop materials and build creatively distinct, commercially viable packages. I’ll stay with projects through development into production, guiding writers through multiple drafts, facilitating writers’ rooms and navigating feedback from broadcasters and partners.
I can work flexibly across a slate or on individual projects and offer:
• Early-stage project assessment
• IP sourcing and coverage
• Concept and pitch development
• Attaching writers and key cast
• Facilitating writers’ rooms and story-lining
• Script editing across development and production
• Supporting cross-market projects (including script translation German → English)
