I have worked across two in-house development teams - Endor Productions and Turning Point Pictures - as a Development Executive, shaping slates and projects in development and production for broadcasters including Sky, Amazon, BBC, ITV and UKTV.

I like to work across the full development lifecycle, from generating early-stage ideas through to production, shaping projects into distinctive, sellable series.

My experience includes developing original concepts, attaching writers and key talent, storylining across episodes, and guiding projects through development, financing and pitch. I work closely with writers and producers to hone materials, navigate feedback and move projects forward towards commission (and beyond!)

My focus is on identifying what will unlock a project, both creatively and commercially.

IP and Book Sourcing

I have 5+ years experience in the publishing industry, where I worked as a book scout and editor across crime and young adult fiction, including on titles such as FIREKEEPER'S DAUGHTER by Angeline Boulley, GIRL IN PIECES by Kathleen Glasgow, HAPPYHEAD by Josh Silver and the TUVA MOODYSON MYSTERIES by Will Dean.

I now specialise in identifying books with strong adaptation potential and developing them into compelling television and film projects.

I’m particularly interested in bridging the gap between traditional IP scouting and development, bringing a more tailored, editorial approach to how material is identified and shaped for screen.
